The program

A training plan in six-week cycles

Training runs in six-week development cycles. The full-board place follows the same rhythm — reviewed every two cycles, on commitment and progression, together with the family.

Assess

Stroke by stroke, against hundreds of checkpoints scored on court.

Plan

A written development plan, validated by the head coach — and visible to you at every step.

Train

Six days a week: four intensive days, technical work, competition preparation, planned recovery.

Review

The same framework scores the player again: what moved, what held — and what comes next.

→ the review of one cycle sets the objectives of the next.

Rafael on court — where he spends his days.
The head coach

Under the personal direction of Rafael Font de Mora

Rafael does not supervise from an office. He is on court, and he sees every player in the program himself. The coaching staff is certified in his method, which is why the same correction survives from one session to the next — and why a plan written in September still means something in December.

Rafael is the best coach I have ever had and the best coach I have ever seen. His obsession for small details and his methodology make him the best coach you can find.

Questions families ask

Before you write to us

What about school?

iTUSA players study within the educational ecosystem of Socrates Educa International School, with reserved hours in the weekly structure and guidance toward 150+ university destinations.

What does it cost?

Fees are confirmed in writing during the admission process, before any commitment. They are not published because places are allocated by assessment, not sold from a price list.

When can a player start?

The current intake is September 2026. Later entries happen at cycle boundaries, when a place opens.

What level is required?

There is no ranking threshold. Admission starts with the assessment — it tells both sides whether this environment is the right step now.
