Privacy Policy

How iTUSA collects, uses and protects the personal data of players, parents and coaches who use this site and its programs.

Last updated: 26 August 2026.

1. Who we are

This website and the iTUSA Tennis Academy programs described on it are operated by PATRIMONIOS RFM 2024, S.L. (“iTUSA”, “we”, “us”), a Spanish company with tax identification number (NIF) B75317479 and registered office at Paseo Reina Sofía nº 3, Planta 1, Pta. 12, 03780 Pego (Alicante), España. PATRIMONIOS RFM 2024, S.L. is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website, including the enquiry, application and waitlist forms.

The academy's training facilities are in Hospitalet de l'Infant, Tarragona, Spain. The address above is the company's registered office and the address for formal correspondence, including postal requests concerning personal data. For any question about personal data, write to contact@itusa.es.

2. What data we collect

We collect information you give us directly, through the enquiry, application and waitlist forms: name, email address, phone number, the player's age and playing history, and any details you choose to share about your situation or goals — including, where you provide it, match footage or performance information about the player. If you enrol in a program, we also collect the information necessary to deliver it: assessment results, training logs, correction plans, review notes, and — for the Remote and Parent Dashboard features — usage data associated with your account.

Where you consent to measurement and advertising cookies, we also process the technical identifiers described in section 8, together with campaign identifiers (such as Google and Meta click identifiers) attached to the visit that led to your enquiry.

We do not knowingly collect more personal data than a given enquiry or program requires.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and applications submitted through this site.
  • To assess candidates and deliver the training, correction and review cycle described on the Methodology and Programs pages.
  • To operate the Parent Dashboard and related platform features for enrolled families.
  • To send occasional program updates, only where you have ticked the corresponding box, and until you unsubscribe.
  • To measure how the site and our advertising perform, only where you have accepted measurement cookies.
  • To meet our legal, safeguarding and administrative obligations as a youth sports academy.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Answering an enquiry or application — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Delivering a program to an enrolled player — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Program updates and marketing emails — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the optional box on a form and withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
  • Measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner and revocable at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
  • Site security and abuse prevention (Cloudflare, including the Turnstile anti-bot check) — our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Accounting and tax records — compliance with our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Where an enquiry concerns a player under 18, the processing is based on the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian — see section 10.

5. Data retention

  • Enquiries and applications that do not lead to enrolment — kept for 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. You may ask us to delete them earlier at any time, by writing to contact@itusa.es.
  • Enrolled-player records — assessment history, correction plans and review notes are kept for the duration of enrolment plus five years, consistent with Spanish commercial and safeguarding record-keeping obligations, or longer where a specific legal obligation requires it.
  • Invoicing and accounting records — kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
  • Marketing list — until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
  • Your cookie choice — stored for 180 days, after which the banner asks again.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data with the coaches and staff directly involved in a player's development, and with the service providers who operate parts of this site and our administration on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, content delivery, security and the Turnstile anti-bot check.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) — business email and documents (Google Workspace), and — only with your cookie consent — audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads).
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — contact management (CRM) and email sending.
  • Resend, Inc. (USA) — delivery of transactional email notifications from the site's forms.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising and advertising measurement, only with your cookie consent.

Each provider acts under a data-processing agreement and may not use the data for its own purposes, except where it acts as an independent controller for advertising services you have consented to. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers above process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise, together with supplementary safeguards where appropriate.

8. Cookies

Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is set until you make a choice in the cookie banner. “Decline” and “Accept” are presented on equal terms, your choice is remembered for 180 days, and you can change it at any time via Cookie preferences in the footer of every page.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, to ask for processing to be restricted, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@itusa.es, or by post to PATRIMONIOS RFM 2024, S.L., Paseo Reina Sofía nº 3, Planta 1, Pta. 12, 03780 Pego (Alicante), España. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you consider that a request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.

10. Data concerning minors

Our programmes are designed for junior players, and some of the information we receive concerns children. Enquiries about a player under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from a child under 14 without parental authorisation, as required by Spanish law.

Where a parent has sent us footage or performance information about their child, that material is used solely to assess the application. It is not shared with third parties, is never used for advertising, and is deleted after 24 months.

A parent or legal guardian may at any time ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about their child, by writing to contact@itusa.es, or by post to the address given at the top of this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, programs or applicable law change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to contact@itusa.es, or through the Contact page.
