Tennis Coach Certification & Methodologyfor Coaches, Academies and Federations
Three decades of direct player development produced a methodology that can be transmitted: an assessment protocol, a correction logic, a planning structure, a review discipline. Coaches integrate it without giving up the expertise they already have. There are three ways in.
Coach Certification
A practical, on-court program covering the full development cycle, with app access and Head Coach support afterwards.
Hosted Assessment Clinics
iTUSA brings the assessment framework to your facility, with an individual report for every player.
Methodology Integration & App Access
For coaches working inside the Remote program. Academies and federations discuss scope directly with Rafael Font de Mora.
“The methodology does not replace what you already know. It gives what you know a structure that stays consistent from one player to the next.”
A Framework You Can Apply in Your Next Session
The certification seminar is practical: every module ends with the coach applying it on court, on a real player profile. What is taught is the methodology refined across decades of direct player development, not a theory built for a classroom.
Assessment Methodology
How to evaluate every criterion of the iTUSA assessment framework, document what you find, and turn it into ranked correction priorities.
Correction Plan Construction
The logic that connects assessment to correction to drill. Why this drill, for this player, at this moment.
Training Program Design
Weekly and monthly structure built around the correction plan, with measurable objectives and clear review points.
Platform Access and Use
Session logging, report generation, parent communication, Head Coach collaboration.
Reporting & Objective Review
Progress reports a parent can actually read, and that hold the process accountable.
iTUSA Certification
Official recognition, the right to enrol players in Remote Elite, and continuing Head Coach support. A certificate of completion is not a certification: certification is issued by Rafael Font de Mora on real work.
One Full Module, Free
The complete “Correcciones del Servicio” course — the serve-correction module of the iTUSA methodology — is open to every coach on the iTUSA online academy. Theory section, full video section, the same correction logic taught in the internship. ES In Spanish.
Open the free moduleWork through it, apply it in your next session — and you will know exactly what three months inside the system would give you.
“His contribution to the wider coaching community has been invaluable, sharing insight and knowledge that has shaped and continues to shape the thinking of thousands of practitioners around the world.”
“I also had the benefit of using Rafael's match analysis system in my own coaching work. It played a meaningful role in that player reaching the top ten in the yearly rankings.”
Pablo GiacopelliFormer WTA Tour coach
“Rafael and his staff operated an intensive, high-performance tennis academy that consistently hosted approximately 40 advanced junior players, using 14 of the resort's 21 courts six days per week.”
