iTUSA Remote Tennis Elite Junior Development
Your player keeps their coach and their courts. iTUSA adds the assessment, the personalized plan, the head-coach validation and the tracking — the same system our full-board players run on.
The iTUSA System, at Your Player’s Home Club
Remote Elite Junior was not designed for players who cannot reach the academy. It was built for players whose local environment is already strong enough to deliver the methodology, and whose families want the Head Coach's assessment, planning, supervision and review running through it. The local environment delivers the work. The iTUSA system sets the direction.
It works when three conditions hold: the local coach is trained and engaged in the methodology; the player and family keep up their side of the accountability; and the System is used continuously rather than selectively. Where those conditions are not met, we say so at the review rather than let the cycle drift.
iTUSA Head Coach
Validates the assessment · Defines objectives · Approves plans · Reviews cycles · Delivers reports
Local Coach
Delivers sessions · Logs execution · Provides feedback · Collaborates on adjustments
Player & Family
Follow the plan · Upload the evidence requested · Review progress · Maintain accountability
“The local coach brings the relationship. The Head Coach brings the System. The app makes both continuous.”
Full Assessment
On site at the academy or through structured remote video submission. The same documented player profile as Full Board.
Local Coach Integration
Trained, briefed and supervised by iTUSA. The local coach receives the correction plan, the training program and the objectives through the app, and logs execution after every session.
Real-Time System Access
Every correction, session, objective and report available to each role as it happens.
Structured Review Cycles
The Head Coach reads the execution data, resets the objectives and adjusts the priorities. A formal report goes to the player and family; the updated plan goes to the local coach.
Match Analysis
Every match is submitted for analysis. The report feeds the next training cycle.
How Much iTUSA Does Your Player Need?
Remote is not one product. The same six-week cycle — assessment, written plan, execution, review — runs at four levels of support, and the level is not something you pick from a menu: the assessment prescribes where to start, and the review at the end of each cycle is where it moves up or down.
Certified Coach
The system, carried by the network
Your player’s plan runs under an iTUSA-certified coach: the weekly evidence is reviewed inside the certified network, and the Head Coach validates every cycle review. The most accessible way into the system.
Head Coach Direct
Rafael follows the player himself
Rafael Font de Mora reads the week’s footage personally, writes the corrections and leads every review. The same eye that watches the academy’s residents, on your player’s file.
Remote + Academy Weeks
The cycle touches the court in Spain
The remote cycle opens or closes with a week at the academy: assessed and corrected on court, sparring with the residents, then the plan continues at home. The strongest format short of relocation.
Private Direction
By invitation, after assessment
Full private direction of the player’s development: Rafael and the specialists, competition planning, travel weeks. Built individually, for a very small number of players.
Every week on site is €1,500 — the same price at every level. Everything else is prescribed after the assessment, and adjusted with the family at each review. No format is a commitment beyond its current cycle.
Remote Elite vs Full Board
Both programs run the same system: same assessment, same correction logic, same Head Coach validation, same reports. What differs is who is on court every day, and how much of the player's environment the program controls. Full Board changes the environment. Remote strengthens the one the player already has. “Coach Rafa has the best drills and video analysis for each shot in tennis. He's a demanding coach but also very kind and fair to his students.”

The System is the bridge. The screens on this page are the iTUSA app itself — the same System every player and coach in the ecosystem works in.

It starts with a remote assessment: a clear read of where your player stands, and a plan their own coach can deliver. No relocation required.
“He's very passionate, he's really into it with his heart and cares about it a lot, and works on every little detail he can possibly do.”
